Assassin's Creed III: Liberation (Also known as Assassin's Creed III: Lady Liberty inJapan[2]) is an upcoming historical action-adventure open world stealth video gamebeing developed and published by Ubisoft exclusively for PlayStation Vita. Sony announced the title at its press conference during the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2012. It will be released on October 30, 2012 alongside Assassin's Creed III, with which it can be linked.[3]
The game is set between 1765 and 1780, and primarily features Aveline de Grandpré, a female African-French Assassin around the end of the French and Indian War, in 18th Century New Orleans.[1][3]
